Lake Placid Fly-Fishing Retreat

This 3 day retreat offers participants an opportunity to step away from the daily stresses of life as a first responder. You will engage in wellness activities including yoga, mindfulness and peer support in addition to fly fishing on the Ausable river. All gear included. There is no cost to you.
