In this 3-day hands-on fly fishing journey to inner calmness and mental clarity, you’ll connect with nature and yourself. This unique experience blends the peacefulness of fly fishing with the powerful practice of mindfulness, including yoga that combines gentle stretching, breathing, relaxation, and mindfulness. You’ll learn the art of fly fishing in a serene setting while developing mindfulness techniques to enhance focus, reduce stress, and foster a deeper appreciation for the present moment. You'll discover how to engage in valued living and find harmony between inner calmness and the outside world through guided meditations, yoga sessions, group discussions, personal reflection practices, and hands-on fly fishing instruction.
