
Workplace Training

This 4-hour training, grounded in science, focuses on helping you build mental flexibility. Overall, you’ll learn strategies and behaviors to elevate your performance at work and everywhere else in life. More specifically, you’ll learn to embrace challenges and still do what it takes to achieve your goals. During the training, you'll walk through a rapid and effective method to flex and strengthen your mental muscles using the Matrix diagram. It’s an easy tool to remember and use. In fact, it rests on the proven principles and practices of acceptance and commitment. This hands-on training is designed for any level of experience.​

Learning objectives​​
During the training, we'll use various teaching methods. These methods include experiential exercises, videos, work examples, and demonstrations. As a result, you’ll walk away with a valuable set of behaviors. You’ll be able to:

Identify the different components of the Matrix.

Use the Matrix to categorize behaviors.

Define what mental flexibility means.

Identify the overall goal of mindfulness training.

Demonstrate mindfulness and breathing exercises.

Identify at least one values statement and goal.
